Product Designer not working

Hi, I've checked your product designer demo as it is what I was looking for. But in the demo I cannot download the design and also not generate the final product with my design and buy it in the shop. What is wrong with your plugin there? Would've bought severall 100 domains licenses, but if its not working, I cant use it :/
