I have reported the issue since Feb 2021, since then I only received 1 email from PickPlugins, and have provided Admin Access to help on the issues. Months have passed, I have not hear from PickPlugins at all. I am quite disappointed with PickPlugins and they do wish to continue subscribing for the plugins anymore. Kindly advise how can I cancel the annual subscription
