Welcome to PickPlugins.
Under Query product => Query orderby, there is a Date setting where you change the value to display the latest updated products.

Did you update your plugin? Please install the latest version 1.13.48.
On the latest version under ‘Query product’, you’ll get a new option called ‘Post modified date.’
