I like a lot your Wishlist, but it's possible these improvements:
1- share list with a specific users, invited by their email addresses.
2- each user shared a wishlist could vote and review about it and all participants in wishlist can view votes and reviews from others and have a summary vote
3- add custom fields to wishlists
Is it possible and how much cost?
