I added postgrid and created 2 grids with shortcodes. added those shortcodes to the pages and postgrid suddenly appeared on homepage - no reason why

I am not sure what you have done, it hard to suggest without checking admin.
If possible please send me a temporary admin access to your site, i will check the issue.
