Hi, I have a small website called fixbayonets.us and on the post grid, two images are being displayed with every post. For the life of me, I can't figure out why. The grid was displaying correctly until last week. I bought the pro version of Grid Post but can't figure out where to type in the activation key. Can you help me?

Hi,
Welcome to PickPlugins.

Install the pro version and activate the key:
From your WordPress dashboard, go to the plugins and make sure you've installed and activated both the free and pro version.

If you don't have the pro version of our 'post grid combo,' you can download it from here - https://pickplugins.com/my-account/downloads/

After the download, upload the plugin file and activate the plugin.

And finally, to set the activation key go to Post Grid Combo => Settings, then navigate to the License tab and paste the key.

After including the license key, you should check for available updates. For that, go to Dashboard => Updates and check the update. If you've found any outdated plugins, please update them.

Could you please tell me the version number for both the free and pro version of our plugin? Not sure where to find the version number? You can check my Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/pTR5a5I.png

To fix your duplicate image issue:
After updating the plugin, if the issue still exists, then you probably messed around with your layouts.
To fix it, first identify the layout name that your grid is using. To identify the Layout first, go to the Edit mode of your post grid.

Under Layouts, look for the Layout you're using, and I suggest you select another layout and update your grid. You can import Layout from our Layouts library if you don't have one.

After importing layouts, make sure you've selected the specific Layout and updated your grid.

Let us know the update.
Regards.
