Hi,
Is it possible to include a ac_activaton_url shortcode in an email sent using wp_mail? I have tried using do_shortcode(\'[ac_activaton_url]\') but that does not seem to work? Can this information be accessed with WP_User()?

no, this shortcode doesn't exist, this is email template tags only used by email templates, will replaced by verification link.
