When you try to comment on my page - comments do not appear. I contacted wordpress support and they concluded that the User Verification plugin is the problem.

I disabled the plugin and I was able to comment again. This problem has surfaced recently and I have not had this problem with the before. I have disabled all settings that have anything to do with comments. But still having the same problem.

Hi,
Welcome to PickPlugins.

Did you check the trash section under comments? Maybe your comment is automatically moving to trash.

Wondering why? That's because our isspammy protection recognizes you as a spammer. How come?

Under User Verification => IsSpammy Protection, we have an option called Report trash comment email, and the default value is Yes. That means you get reported when you have deleted a comment.

As a result, IsSpammy recognizes you as a spammer and blocks your comment.

Regards.

Hi,
We have removed your email from the IsSpammy spammer list. Please first follow my screenshot and disable the setting.

And now you can delete your comment a thousand times, and no one can stop you.

Regards.

Ok, I understand. This must have happend because I am testing my site a lot now before launch…
If I now have “report trash comment email” DISABLED, will this prevent this from happening in the future?

The emails I want to be able to comment with again is: “axel.andersson88@gmail.com” and “axel.andersson99@live.se”
