Ticket for: User Verification

my website is https://hidingplaceministry.org/wp-login.php?action=register
after you register it tells you to check your email to verify.
I get an ADMIN email stating "A New User Registered"
When I go to that email address to get the verification button - the email is not there (checked spam, deleted, junk)
Look at ADMIN/USER screen and the individual is there and it says:
Unverified
I clicked on resend verification still nothing arrives in the users email. No Email
I get an ADMIN email stating "A New User Register
I tested the user email address to see if there was a problem getting email from my personal email account, Email went through
Any help would be grateful...

Could you please ensure that all other templates, including 'New User Registration', are enabled under Email Templates? Please refer to this screenshot for guidance - https://ibb.co/8XfCnFy
