I don't know how to upload to my site why can't I put the key in the plugin and it update to pro?

Welcome to our forum.
Simply remove or uninstall free or older version of Post Grid and reinstall premium version plugin you downloaded from our website. By uninstalling free or older version your data won’t lose, so don’t worry.
Let me know if you can do this, otherwise, i can help you install the pro version.
