I have downloaded the plugin, but how do I upload it? Each time I try, it keeps opening a new file. So not which files I am supposed to upload.

welcome to our forum,
you should see the plugin zip file link below, you should uninstall free version and then install pro version.
if you can’t do that please send me a temporary admin access to your site, i will do that for you.
