Hi,

Two of my links settings are not working.

1. Post Title Link
2. Thumbnail with link

I am also not able to get the Post Grid layout on Elementor.

Please look into the matter and advise.

Hi,
Are you creating a shortcode-based post grid?
If yes, make sure what layout you've selected for your post grid and go to the edit mode. By default an empty layout is selected, you've to import a layout and then need to edit it to fulfill your needs.
