Hi Pastor,
I can see you don't have installed the pro version of post-grid. So, I installed it for you and also added the license key. The license key section is available only when the pro version is installed.
WordPress has its own setting to enable or disable blocks. Kindly follow my screenshot:
When you're on the Gutenberg editor, click on the three dots from the top right and go to Preferences. From the pop-up, select the blocks option.
