I can't see posts on my WP news page or graduates page on any browser. I can only see message [the-post-grid id="152" title="News grid"] . I have cleared all cache. I have tried to reinstall Post Grid plugin but get a message that the folder already exists and the install fails. Please help.

We're not the author of the 'The Post Grid' plugin. You are on the wrong support. Our plugin name was 'Post Grid,' and we just renamed the plugin to 'Post Grid Combo'. Here is the URL https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-grid/
