Hi
I'm trying to force the grid to have always squared images but so far no luck.
I used the Media height options but I don't get the result I want.

Welcome to our forum.
have you tried "Featured image size"? If you have different ratios for different images it hard to make all same size, in this case, you should use thumbnail sizes or any pre-defined Square size.
