Hello,
My license key is: 4186639321d7598cb9c89744c3e01a9fd6c7a6148

I am nesting accordions inside of a parent accordion and am faced with this error:

** Please buy pro to create nested accordion** id="7502"]

** Please buy pro to create nested accordion** id="7504"]

** Please buy pro to create nested accordion** id="7505"]

** Please buy pro to create nested accordion** id='7506']

I need to get this fixed asap. The license key is connected to my site.

Welcome to our forum.

have you renamed the plugin directory/slug name?

Free version slug is "accordions"
Pro version slug "accordions-pro"

this might be causing the issue.

If possible please send me a temporary admin access to your site, I will check the issue.
Regards

I have tried that. It was Accordions-Pro and I just made it lowercase. This doesn’t seem to resolve it. It seems to be that it is not recognizing my purchase code? I believe I have sent you access to the site in my original message. Please let me know where to send it again if needed.

Note- this has happened before and you guys fixed it. When I updated to the new version of WordPress it seemed to have knocked something loose.

Thank you,
