Radio buttons in PostGrid edition form are weird :

Chrome and Firefox.
non-blocking, can be bypassed
but... for Custom Styles and Scripts, fields doesn't show previous datas... and when you save again, you lose this part 🙁
If we think to set again these fields with previous values, it works (but it needs to have backup of theses values)

Also, i guess the radio button style come from older version css file, please clear browser cache. hope it will be fine.
