I've been using the Post Grid on my website for over two years without any kind of problem. As my website is in Portuguese, I made a small change to the layer-content.php file so that instead of "Read more" the website presented "Leia mais."
$read_more_text = apply_filters('post_grid_filter_grid_item_read_more', __('Leia mais.', 'post-grid'));
This worked until the 02/05 update. Thereafter, this modification has no more effect. Please, can you help me?

Please do not edit plugin code otherwise it will automatically be replaced by plugin update.

Thanks a lot for your quickly reponse. Unfortunately, the website doesn't show this option (Read more text), but only CSS and CSS Hover…
You can delete existing and add new read more element, it will be showing.
