Hello again,

thanks for your reply. Since I'm not registered here, I'll just leave a replay this way: Our web admins told me that the bug was fixed by simply updating WP and PHP to the newest version. Maybe the plug ins newest update is incompatible wit hWP 6.2-6.4? Just wanted to let you know our fix.

Thanks for providing your valuable information. You are correct, there is a PHP version compatibility issue with our plugin. It is not compatible with PHP versions 7.4 or older due to certain limitations. Therefore, we strongly recommend that users update their PHP to version 8.1 or higher.
