i like to show all question in home page, instead of
i need to be like this
P.S: there is no "question answer" in Choose Product list, when submitting a new ticket!

Welcome to PickPlugins.
You can use this shortcode [question_archive] on any other page to display all questions.
Create a new page or edit an existing one and add a Shortcode block to paste the shortcode. You can follow the screenshots given below :

Hi, you can use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-post-type-permalinks/
Go to Settings => Permalinks, and under question, change the custom permalink value. Kindly check the screenshot.

Then go to All Questions from our plugin option and refresh your browser. Now check the URL by visiting one of the questions. You can follow the screenshot:
