Hi, i get issue here with plugin question answer, when i post a question, on single page show the profile picture and question, but when someone make answer there's no profile picture shown on his answer, i take a look yours there's profile picture show on answer, but mine not show. Profile picture not show on who make answer but show on who make question in single page question
take a look, i'm already use picture on profile and show profile picture only on question but not on answer

I just checked the plugin, working fine on posting answer and comments, the profile picture is showing fine.
Have you used any plugin for managing user avatar?

try to deactivate wp-user-avatar and check the issue.
