I order the advance plug-in for the post grid. It does not work and messed my site up. I was also charged twice for the same products

Can you please share your problem, what’s happening on your site? please send me some screenshot about your issue. also if possible please send me temporary admin access to your site, i will check the issue.

I can see you have 2 order with 2 different dates. May 16, 2019 04:08 and May 08, 2019 20:21

I don’t think its charged twice, you might be paid twice for the same product. don’t worry, if you don’t need the extra one i will send you to refund.
