Hi, I just bought the pro version of post grid plugin...but it is still not active on my wordpress site and I can't use it?

Please uninstall or delete older version first and then install pro version that downloaded from our website, you will see the pro feature after install the latest version.

Sorry for the late reply, not sure from where you download the pro version, please login here and download https://pickplugins.com/my-account/downloads/ also you should receive an order mail with a download link.
If possible please send me temporary admin access to your site, i will install pro version for you.

I tried but on your website I didn't find the pro version, so anyway I did it like you told me, deleted the plugin and then downloaded it again, but it is still the old version
