While using the free version I was able to create grids filtered by post category. I am not able to do so in the paid version. The category/tags either never appears or they are unclickable to add parameters.

Can you please clear browser cache or check the browser console area is there any js error showing? please send me a screenshot of browser console area.
if this is still not solved please send me a temporary admin access to your site.
