Post Grid won’t show latest articles

I have had Post Grid for a little while and it was working really well. Now it has stopped pulling through my newly published blogs/articles. Any changes I make in the plugin settings do not show on the website. Is there an update I need to do or can you help me understand why this has happened? Thanks in advance.
