Hi- I have had the Post Grid pro plugin crash my entire site multiple times the past few months when I go to update it. The reply back from support team here was to use the info at this link -

But I do not know what that info is saying to do. I think it is asking me to modify a php file, but not certain. Can someone please help me understand?
I really like this plugin and want to keep it, so please help me fix.
