i can´t activate the Popup box for team members.
I tried and clicked everywhere but the profiles won´t open in a Popup box. Can you please help.

Welcome to our forum.
You probably forget to import default layout which is included in pro version, i just imported for you, you may use your own created layouts. Please see the screenshot what i mean
To display popup box you will need to select a layout for popup. please see the screenshot
Then under the item layout element options, you can select popup box for link to option, please follow screenshot

the video doesn´t really help.
Ok, now I have the imported layouts.
But Popup Box only works when I set it as a link in "Title".
When I set it at "thumbnail" it only opens the previous page.
Same goes with the "read more" option.
And the poup is grey out. Really strange. You can see it here: http://tickets.suf-theater.de/mitglieder/
Also, every laout ignores paragraphs in the content field, that´s a bit, hmm, ugly 😀

I am having the same problem, however I do not see ANY of the options listed above. There is no menu item for Team Layouts. I also do not see the sub menu between the layout options and the main WordPress admin menu.
