Ticket for: Related Post for WordPress

Hi! I love the PickPlugins post grid plugin so I'm sure you guys have something good here.
However, when I click on Related Post in the wordpress sidebar, the screen that loads simply says "loading..."
I have disabled all other plugins and still nothing.
My theme is Pro theme.
Any help is appreciated!

Could you please send me any link or screenshot where the issue is happening?
If possible please send me a temporary admin access to your site, i will check the issue.
