Thanks for your recent Post Grid Combo/Pro updates! They fixed some errors as we test PHP 8.0 for our site. Unfortunately, one error persists. It works OK in PHP 7.4, but not 8.0.
Should we have disabled 1 of these 2 plugins? Is there something you or we could do to fix it?
- Error message: "There has been a critical error on this website."
- Trigger: trying to open either the site home page ("GET /") or WordPress dashboard ("GET /wp-admin/index.php")
- Error.log says: "PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Unparenthesized `a ? b : c ? d : e` is not supported. I think you're using an older version of our premium plugin. Please deactivate and delete the current pro version and install the latest version from here https://pickplugins.com/my-account/downloads

Is the Post Grid Premium plugin the same as Post Grid Pro?
As our staff has changed over the years, I’m still confused whether a license was purchased for our company/domain, or might have expired. Could you at least indicate whether you have any CURRENT licenses for Quadax.com, so we don’t make a duplicate purchase?

Our plugin name was ‘Post Grid’. We just renamed the plugin name to ‘Post Grid Combo’. So, ‘post grid’ and ‘post grid combo’ is the same plugin.
To unlock premium features and other blocks, you must add the license key under the ‘Post grid combo’ setting. You don’t need the ‘post grid pro’ plugin. The premium features will automatically unlock if you have the license key included. Screenshot:

But if you also want to create a shortcode base post-grid, then you’ve to add the ‘post-grid-pro’ plugin along with the ‘post grid combo’.

For Quadax.com, I can’t see any active license. You can purchase a license for ‘Post Grid Combo’ and ‘post grid pro’ here-
