PAGINATION NOT SHOWING

Hello - I am using your Post Grid Combo on my WordPress site and everything is working well except for pagination.

I have set up the grid in 4  rows of 3 columns and have more than 13 blog posts. Pressing the preview button shows the pagination correctly but after uploading the pagination is not showing.
