We have renamed Post Grid plugin to Post Grid Combo

Hi,

When using post grid, my page titles are always showing page 0 of 0. It was saying Page 2, Page 3, etc... before I upgraded to the paid version. Is there a setting somewhere that controls this?

I am confused, if it has no impact, why did it work with the free version?
