I have contacted you on numerous occasions through email and support here. However, I have yet to hear back from you. If you would be so kind to look at the email I sent you perhaps you can provide some answers to my questions. Right now I would like to have my license number for my order referenced above. I hope if I use my license number it may help with all the issues I\'m experiencing. I still can not load up an image I do not see categories under clip art the field is blank but if I click in that area they will show up. Also the upload for click art pulls a file from the computer folder but does nothing after that. Additionally, a template of the customers design does not generate. I have been through all the documents you have listed and also look through the forum but I do not see any resolution to my issues. I really love this product but I do need some support here please

I found the issue with bootstrap CSS conflict, upload button was hidden

please use following CSS to fix css conflict

color: #fff;
}
This is the link below to the product designer. You will see the categories (text box} is blank I’m assuming that is a ccs issue maybe change the color of text. The upload maybe a security issue…….

i have added the ccs and everything shows up now but clip art does not upload…..is there some database connection i need to do………………….
