Hi, I have just installed this breadcrumb plugin,and it only shows "You are Here" >> Page and that is it. It does not show the previous pages at all. what am I doing wrong?

I am not sure what you mean by the previous page? if you are visiting the top-level page it will only show

If you are visiting the child page it will display the parent page in front of the child page, please see the demo. and same as for grand child page
