Hi. Im overall really happy with this plugin but for some reason it dosnt display the "read more" titel in my posts (or anywhere). Am I missing something in the setup of the blog?

Welcome to our forum.
Under elements tab on settings page try to decrease excerpt word count, you will see the read more text with excerpt.
