Hello, I try to limit query of custom post to current date and in future dates and use this shortcode for it:
But shortcode is not working any other solution to add current date in Value field?

[post_grid_today] is dummy shortcode for example purpose, based on your meta key value you could create a new shortcode that provides same date format, so I would suggest you to create custom shortcode instead of using our shortcode.
Could you please tell me which version are you using for pro version, I can see post-grid-pro version 3.2.36 support to shortcode for value parameters,

Somehow this shortcode not working in plugin value field, but if I use static date in value field it is query perfectly.
