I would like for posts in a grid open in a new tab / window when clicked on in the grid. I don't see an option for this. Is there css/similar you recommend for this?

Please go to layout editor and see there is an option for link target for some elements like post title, read more link

nevermind. i was making the changes to the layout but had not applied the layout to the grid.
