I just got your post grid plugin (premium)
Post Grid Version: 3.2.19
Tested WP: 5.1

I created filterable grid.
I want to have Load more button as pagination, but it keeps showing regular pagination with Prev, 1, 2, Next buttons.

Welcome to our forum.

Unfortunately sorry to say, filterable style grid will only work with jQuery pagination. Load more is not available with filterable style grid.

Is there any work-around that?
Or do you plan to update this?

Also can I modify ID for a plugin manually? (if I put shortcode to template, push to staging, but plugin created in staging will have different ID, then I have a problem)
