Hi,

Since the last update our login page stopped working, as the GUI went messy, and the SEND OTP is not working anymore giving

I've tried to clear the cache and use different browsers but the problem still persists.

Can you please check? Thanks!

Hi,
We actually use the plugin to only secure the admins and editors accounts which are already created, as we don’t have registrations active on the site. Before the latest updates everything was good, then something went broken. For the tests you can use our login email to check the error, as there is no need for a new account to be created.

Hi, we got your email but didn’t find a registration URL to your site. I can see only a login form and login with a social media option.

Please note our OTP feature will not register a user by sending and verifying an OTP. Our OTP will work for already registered users when trying to log in.

Please share a registration URL other than a social login so that we can register on your site and test the OTP. Also OTP will not work for the user who registered by social logged in.

Hi,
I’ve tried sending you an email to the indicated address but it returned back with the following error:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

public.nurhasan@gmail.com
(ultimately generated from support@pickplugins.com)
host gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com [172.217.212.27]
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data

Thanks
