New members are sent a verification email, when they click, AR Member shows them active, but they are no being flagged as verified in USERS. I have to go and change the flag manually.

We haven't tried with "AR Members" could you please share some screenshots? this is probably our plugin is not properly compatible with "AR Members"plugin.
