hello, i have been using the free version of this plugin, and i just tried to upload the paid version but due to the free version the installation had failed. can anyone have a look please?

Simply remove or uninstall free or older version of Post Grid and reinstall premium version plugin you downloaded from our website. By uninstalling free or older version your data won’t lost, so don’t worry.

I have now uninstalled and reinstalled the premium plugin. It has worked fine. However, I came across a lot more issues now.
1. the search bar is not searching
2. the button 'load more' when you click it it shrinks the images
3. images are blurry
4. the grid layout is not pulling through my categories.
All of these are the reason why i purchased this premium plugin. I'd appreciate it if someone had a look please
