In post-grid layout is it possible to get featured image and full text separately?

I'd like to be able to force the images into a fixed size and want to separate text and images. Right now both come in via "content". Is there a way to get them separately?

I am not sure what are you planning to do, but you can use filter hook for add your own html under media and content
