I want to change only the read more Text to bold

Hi, I was wondering if with post grid it\'s possible to change the read more text and make it bold, or at least send it to the following line. Right now it\'s inline with the extract text, not underlined, and I can\'t find a way to add a specific css only to the read more text element.
