Hello

I placed the shortcode of your accordion on a page but when the page loaded the first tab is open, but I want all tabs closed and just show the content when user click on them. Please guide me. Thanks

Welcome to our forum.

Are you displaying tabs or accordion? tabs will display first tab content by default.

In free version, accordion should closed on page load, although, in pro version. you can make open any accordion on page load.
