I selected "yes" Expand all upon load and still not doing it

I'm working on an Accordian in our test site for a writers style guide. I created an accordian and then next two other accordians in it with short code. Then placed it on a page. I want all of the accordians to be expanded upon load and selected this in Accordian Options as your instructions say to do. But everything is still remaining collapsed. I even pasted the url into different browsers.

Can you please assist me? I do have Accordian Pro and a license.

Hi,
Welcome to PickPlugins.

On your Parent Accordion, please expand each Accordion content and set the Yes to Is active option. Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/j6Zq1T2.png

Then navigate to Accordion options and set yes on Keep expanded others option. Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/GPyVuqP.png

This way, you can make your accordions expanded on page load.
