Hi,

I am using {user_first_name}, but in the email appears the word as you can see.

The tag is showing
The rare is the others tags are working

Welcome to our forum.

Could you please try {first_name} and {last_name} and see the result. please note user registration process should set first name and last name during registration otherwise it will not display on email templates.
