html in mail don´t work

Hello Support,

I have the problem that the html code for the verification mail don´t work. When I check the code in a html live viewer - everything works fine. But when I insert this code in the plugin and send a test mail the button dont show up and also the rows are completly different. What can I do to fix this issue?

If you need some screenshot I can provide it in the second step.
