When I create a grid of posts the Youybe posts appear as blanks until you select the post. How can I get the youtube image to appear in the grid posts?

You might want to display youtube video on thumbnail area, we called it video grid, Please see the documentation here https://pickplugins.com/documentation/post-grid/faq/create-a-video-grid/

documentation is showing how to create from vimeo videos, this is same way for youtube, you need to insert youtube video id.

Tried the steps given there 9https://pickplugins.com/documentation/post-grid/faq/create-a-video-grid/). Still the thumbnails are empty.
I am using the pro version, by the way.
