Can I for Categories(specifically single Categories Short code) ?

• How can I add two categories to a single video page if I create two categories with Short code

• Is there a way to create question short codes (specifically single questions) for the Question Answer plugin? 

•  If I create two questions, I don't know how to add them to the single video page since I will update only a single question. Please assist me.
