I’d like to add a specific url parameter to all the urls linking to posts in my grid, eg instead of the grid linking to https://mysite.com/mypost , i’d like to make it link to https://mysite.com/mypost?view=xyz.
Is there a way to do that?

i am not sure what are you trying to do with url parameter, do you want to scroll down to the grid where the grid placed? or query post based on url parameters?

Hello? Is there any way to do this?
I'm not using it in the grid itself. The url parameter will be used in the post template that renders the specific type of post shown in the grid. I'm using it to tell if a user came to a post via that specific grid and show/hide a relevant message.
