Have a consistent image size on grid

I can't seem to figure out how to get a consistent image size on the grid.

I looked at this article, but it didn't help https://pickplugins.com/question/consistent-image-size/

Also, I tried all the different media sizes for a featured image and there were still different image sizes.

any help would be appreciated. Thanks
